1. How can I make sure I have completed my order correctly?

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email within one hour. If you do not receive it, contact our customer service department. In addition, to confirm that your order has been successfully completed, the "Thank you for your order" page should appear after the payment step (step 3).

Orders are executed and shipped directly by us. Depending on where you are, you will receive your order within a maximum of 15 working days. In case your order can not be executed due to force majeure (strikes, bad weather conditions, etc. holidays) we will contact you to let us know if you wish to complete your order.

You can pay for your order with one of the following Payment Methods:
1. Payment by credit, debit and prepaid cards
2. By Deposit in a bank account of our company
3. With Paypal

You can cancel your order if it has not been invoiced and given for shipment from our site (for which you are informed by email). Otherwise a return is made under the conditions set out in the Cancellation & Return Policy section.

You can place your order after you have selected the products you want, either as a visitor by entering your details and the required fields without creating a permanent account and completing you place the order, or by registering once and then with your password without having to repeat your details (if you have created a personal account) you connect with it and register the order. In addition you can place your order by phone and it will be registered accordingly.
