Order cancellation

The cancellation of the customer's order due to remorse is accepted only if the item has not yet been invoiced and given for shipment.
The cancellation is done by sending an electronic message (e-mail) to the address info@e-meladakis.gr, and the customer must state the exact details of his order. The cancellation is not made unless a relevant confirmation is sent by e-meladakis.gr by e-mail to the customer.

In case the customer has paid the value of his approved order before the cancellation statement on his behalf and e-meladakis.gr has already received it, then he must, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days, return the received item to the customer. value after deducting bank charges and any shipping costs.

Refunds can be made in the same way you made the payment other than cash on delivery.

In case a payment order has been given by the customer but the money has not been collected by our company (such as in the case of a credit card debit order when the Bank has not yet paid the price to e-meladakis.gr), then e-meladakis.gr is obliged within the period of fourteen (14) working days to expedite any necessary action and statement to any competent body (Bank, etc.) for the notification of the cancellation of the order and the obligation to return any amount owed to the customer . In this case e-meladakis.gr is considered to have legally fulfilled its obligations, and the cancellation of any charge will be made based on the terms of the contract that connects the customer with this third party (Bank etc) and e-meladakis. gr does not bear any responsibility regarding the return time or reimbursement of any relevant charge.

If the order has been executed (and relevant documents have been issued) and the customer still wishes to cancel the order, then it is subject to the Product Return terms.

* E-meladakis.gr reserves the right to deliver its products in a different packaging from the one photographed as long as the product remains identical to the one selected by the customer without prior notice (as production companies may change their models).

Return products

You have the right to request a change of the products you bought, within 14 days from the date you receive the products.

Changes will be accepted if the product has not been used, is in its original packaging and is accompanied by any cards of the manufacturer, as well as the retail receipt or invoice. The package must be packed to prevent damage to the product or packaging during transport.

The cost of shipping the return of the order, but also of the new shipment, is borne by the customer.

In case of change, your request must be sent in writing by email to info@e-meladakis.gr, where the order code, the reason you return it and the code of the product with which you want to replace it must be mentioned. Money return

If for any other reason you wish to return the product you bought and you are not interested in replacing it with another, it is imperative that your request be sent in writing by email to info@e-meladakis.gr with a Return Request, within 14 days from the date of receipt. In case of refund, you will be charged with the shipping costs of the return of the product.

After the return is made and it is found that the product has not been used, a refund will be made within 14 days

We expressly state that the refund is made only in the same way as the order was paid.
